Hey, I'm Louis Montano—fitness coach, former two-sport athlete, and a lifelong student of the human body. With a BS in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine, I've been committed to fitness training since 2006. My athletic background as a running back in football and sprinter in track & field shaped my foundational knowledge, but it’s the years spent working with clients—from youth to geriatric, to Olympians and pro athletes in the NFL and MLS—that refined my approach to coaching.
I believe in combining science-backed principles with creative training methods to deliver powerful results for everyone I work with. Fitness is more than just a workout—it's about cultivating a lifestyle.
